What's Happening at Quail Creek Announcement System
To submit an announcement to What's Happening you must be a
registered announcer. To register, send an email to
Daryl.Laux@Robson.com. The subject line should read "Request for
registration". In the body of the email, include the following information:
first and last name, email address, phone number, and the club or activity for
which you will be announcing.

SUBMIT an ANNOUNCEMENT for WHAT'S HAPPENING at QUAIL CREEK
- Club announcements are approved by
Epifania Torres prior to publication. Please allow 48 hours to process.
- Time Limit on Announcements:
- Max 30 days in advance for non-ticketed events, e.g., Health Fair,
Blood Drive, Creative Art Classes
- Max 30 days for RSVP events, e.g., seminars, workshops
- 1 week max prior to ticket sales date, e.g., F&B and Activities
Office, TWOQC, PAG
- 2 weeks max for meetings to which residents are invited AND
there is a speaker, e.g.,
Democratic Club, Republican Club, Committee meetings, Card Clubs and
Groups, Photography Club,
Computer Club. General club meetings when there is no speaker are not
published in What's Happening. Clubs are urged to create use tools such
as the Madera Clubhouse kiosk (see Member Services), Groupworks, email,
Mailchimp, or Wordpress to communicate to their members.
